Penny has choreographed for artists such as Paris Hilton, Dasha, Alex Warren, Royal & The Serpent, Gucci Mane, Rufus Wainwright, Rich The Kid, & Enrique Iglesias.

On screen, she has worked on Ryan Murphy's FEUD: Betty & Joan, RuPaul's Drag Race, Hit The Floor, etc.

On stage, she Associate Choreographed "Annie" at The Hollywood Bowl, "A Christmas Carol" at The Geffen Playhouse, and Sondheim's "Merrilly…" at The Wallis Theatre. 

Penny appeared in the National & International touring companies of the Broadway musical
West Side Story, before a stint on London's West End, portraying the role of Anybodys.
